A Servant’s Heart Catering opened in 2006 at the Crossroads Institute in Galax, Virginia as part of the business incubator at the Southwest Regional Enterprise Center. The company serves the surrounding area from the kitchen that is leased by the Wytheville Community College at Crossroads. The company is owned and operated by Tim and Connie Lewis, their children, and a small staff. Both Tim and Connie come from an extensive background in retail food service experience and they have catered together for years. They enjoy teaching their children and staff the finer points of serving their guests as they continue to strive for excellence. |
